At St Dorothy’s Sliema we proudly participate in the Dinja Waħda Plus programme which is Birdlife Malta’s educational programme. The programme helps children foster a sense of love and care towards the enviroment connecting children with nature which is found all around them. Students participate in various educational outings and projects which are recommended by Nature Trust Malta. The school has won various Gold and one Silver Dinja Waħda awards.
