Each May, our school community gathers to honour the Blessed Virgin Mary during the Crowning of Our Lady ceremony. This beautiful tradition involves praying the Rosary together, while reflecting on Mary’s virtues, especially her deep love, humility, and total trust in the will of God. The event is marked by singing, and presenting flowers and prayers to Our Lady.

A Year 10 student is chosen to crown the statue of Mary, symbolising the school’s recognition of her as Queen of Heaven and our Heavenly Mother. This act reaffirms our devotion to Mary and inspires us to follow her example of faith and love. Through this ceremony, we express our love and gratitude to her, and ask for her guidance and intercession, deepening our relationship with her and her Son, Jesus Christ.
